Affiliate disclosure

Some outbound links — chiefly accommodation search links — are affiliate links. If you book through one, we may receive a commission from the booking site at no extra cost to you. These links point to general search results for a place, not to individual properties we've been paid to push, and they are added after the writing is done, never the other way round.

Sources and accuracy

Guides draw on public geographic datasets, open reference and encyclopaedic sources, published local information and editorial writing and review. Opening hours, prices and transport details change constantly, so treat everything here as a starting point and confirm the specifics before you rely on them.

Corrections

If we get something wrong, we want to know. Email hello@nomadist.guide with the place and the detail, and we'll correct the page. Substantive corrections are made directly to the guide rather than buried in a note.

Images and attribution

Photographs are sourced from openly licensed collections and credited to their source. If you hold rights to an image used here and want it removed or re-credited, write to us and we'll act on it.
